      Why Training is Important ?

  • According to Aspiring Minds National Employability Report which is based on study of more than 1,50,000 Engineering Students who graduated in 2015 from over 650 colleges in India, 80% are unemployable.   • Research conducted by Harvard University, The Carnegie Foundation and Stanford Research Centre has concluded that 85% of job success comes from having well developed soft and people management skills and only 15% of job success comes from technical knowledge (Hard Skills ).
  • There is a huge gap between what we learn in school and colleges and what the Industry expects from newly passing out graduates in any stream.
